Why Your stomach isn’t working like it should
July 14th: live class for women who are tired of wondering why every meal feels like a gamble.
In this webinar, I'm walking you through the common patterns I see in women in their 30s who struggle with:
Heartburn and acid reflux
Burping or uncomfortable pressure after meals
Upper abdominal discomfort
Nausea, or overfull feelings after eating
Bloating that comes out of nowhere
Digestive symptoms that get worse with healthy eating, stress or travel
This isn't another webinar telling you to avoid coffee, tomatoes, and spicy food forever. It's about understanding why your symptoms started in the first place so you can make decisions based on your body instead of another list of foods to avoid.
Tuesday July 14, 7pm ET / 4pm PT
Hosted by Juliet Dalton, FNTP
“My acid reflux is basically gone! I [learned] gluten really affects my bloating and gassiness, and those have dissipated. I also have less morning brain fog!”
- Tori, client 2026
“I felt like I had tried everything over the past several years. I had already tried working with several different people and approaches over the years, yet nothing seemed to create lasting change. I have noticed improvements in nearly every area that I had previously struggled with, including sleep, skin health, inflammation, energy levels, and digestion.”
- Shawna, client 2026
Meet Juliet
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Juliet believes food and nutrients are some of the most powerful tools we have to optimize health. She takes a foundational, food-first approach to help clients restore digestive health, reduce inflammation, and increase energy so they can socialize, travel and get back to the life they love.
Her own health journey inspired her to start her practice. As a client, she struggled to find a practitioner who combined a true root-cause approach with the clinical skillset to interpret labs. That gap fueled her passion to bring both together for others.
Juliet completed her certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association and has gone on to study with Restorative Wellness Solutions and the Kharrazian Institute, deepening her education in nutrition, physiology and expanding the tools she uses in practice.
She lives just outside Boston with her husband and their high-energy (er high anxiety) rescue pup.
