Why You Still Feel Bloated, Exhausted & Inflamed Despite Eating Healthy

I get it! You’re trying to eat more veggies and avoid processed food - but you’re still feeling bloated and hitting that 3pm slump

In this webinar you will learn…

  1. Why “healthy” habits sometimes backfire

  2. Common patterns I see in healthy women who feel stuck with bloated bellies, fatigue and inflammation

  3. Why “everything looks normal” in your annual check-up but there might be more to the story - and where to look instead

Tuesday May 26, 7pm ET / 4pm PT

Hosted by Juliet Dalton, FNTP

“My energy is the biggest difference. My mental horsepower has dramatically improved and I feel way more like myself. When I wake up in the morning - I’m actually awake! Before we started working together I'd eat something and suddenly I would be so bloated. That doesn't happen to me anymore.”

Meet Juliet

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Juliet believes food and nutrients are some of the most powerful tools we have to optimize health. She takes a foundational, food-first approach to help clients reduce inflammation, restore energy, and improve chronic issues like high cholesterol or insulin resistance, so they can feel like the best version of themselves.

Her own health journey inspired her to start her practice. As a client, she struggled to find a practitioner who combined a true root-cause approach with the clinical skillset to interpret labs. That gap fueled her passion to bring both together for others.

Juliet completed her certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association and has gone on to study with Restorative Wellness Solutions and the Kharrazian Institute, deepening her education in nutrition, physiology and expanding the tools she uses in practice.

She lives just outside Boston with her husband and their high-energy (er high anxiety) rescue pup.
