Meet Juliet
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Juliet believes food and nutrients are some of the most powerful tools we have to optimize health. She takes a foundational, food-first approach to help clients reduce inflammation, restore energy, and improve chronic issues like high cholesterol or insulin resistance, so they can feel like the best version of themselves.
Her own health journey inspired her to start her practice. As a client, she struggled to find a practitioner who combined a true root-cause approach with the clinical skillset to interpret labs. That gap fueled her passion to bring both together for others.
Juliet completed her certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association and has gone on to study with Restorative Wellness Solutions and the Kharrazian Institute, deepening her education in nutrition, physiology and expanding the tools she uses in practice.
She lives just outside Boston with her husband and their high-energy (er high anxiety) rescue pup.

No! Up to date, comprehensive blood work is included as part of this package. You’ll get updated labs shortly before we meet, to make sure we’re looking at recent data to give you the best results possible.

Absolutely. You’ll be able to bring a well-informed and engaged perspective to your next annual check-in. You’ll know what you ask your doctor about, and have an understanding of trends you can continue to check-in on.

The process for getting labs done outside of the US, and in NY, RI, and NJ is slightly different. Please reach out (juliet@nutritionriot.com) if you live in any of those areas!

I am not a licensed medical professional, and I always recommend sharing your results with your Primary Care. We’ll talk about ways to support your body and restore balance, using food and natural remedies. I always share with clients if there are particular conversations or concerns they should bring up with their PCP. This program is designed to bring you truly preventative care, and get ahead of any “concerning” patterns that may lie ahead.
