Meet Greg

Greg completed his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2012. In 2013, Greg became a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.

He started his coaching career by building high school athlete training programs and worked his way up to training professional and olympic athletes.

Meet Juliet

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Juliet believes food and nutrients are some of the most powerful tools we have to optimize health - whether you’re looking to reduce inflammation or resolve chronic conditions, or optimize performance in the gym.

Juliet completed her certification through the Nutritional Therapy Association and has gone on to study at the Institute of Restorative Health and the Kharrazian Institute, deepening her education in nutrition, physiology and expanding the tools she uses in practice.

FAQs

  • We encourage all sign-ups to participate locally at Discover Movement, so you have access to our special sauce of strength training and mobility work. Discover Movement has options for 1:1 training and small group classes at 10 different time slots weekly. Learn more here: https://www.discover-movement.com/services

  • Life happens! Weekly education videos and resources will be pre-recorded and you can watch on your own time. You’ll continue with the program’s nutrition and lifestyle guidelines, and get back to the gym when you return. A few days off here or there isn’t going to derail 3 months of consistent effort.

  • Your pre/post DEXA scan is included in the cost of the program. We have a relationship with DEXAFit Boston, located near Fresh Pond in Cambridge: 799 Concord Ave, Cambridge, MA 02138.

    The pre/post strength test will happen right at Discover Movement! We’ll host a pre-test day the week our program starts, and a post-test day the week our program ends. If you can’t make either of these dates, no worries! Let us know and we’ll schedule another time for your strength test.

  • No. We'll teach you how to work with foods you probably already eat and like. Supplements are covered in Week 9, but nothing is required.

  • We require commitment for the full 12 weeks to see measurable changes in your DEXA and strength test results. Refunds available until registration closes on Jan 9, 2026. Refunds will be less credit card processing fees (not held by us, but per credit card processing agreements).
