Hi, I’m juliet

I’m a functional nutritionist (FNTP & RWP-3 to be exact). But essentially what that means is I love helping people understand how their bodies work, what foods help them thrive, and what the root cause of their nagging symptoms like constipation, fatigue, or acne might be.

In my own health journey I consistently struggled with inflammation & food sensitivities, insomnia & anxiety, tons of frustrating digestive symptoms. I tried all the “healthy” things I thought would help like eating low-fat, tons of high intensity exercise, trying intermittent fasting, avoiding meat & animal products (but was never good at that and felt guilty for liking meat!). Needless to say - those things didn’t work for me. They always left me exhausted, starving, inflamed, bloated, and waking up in the night.

When I finally understood which foods made my body thrive, what my body needed for deep sleep, and why my energy sucked throughout the day… then I could finally try some things that started to work. My sleep got better, my energy came back, and my digestion improved!

What if I can’t make it to the live calls?

All calls will be recorded and you can watch on your own time if the live call doesn’t work for you. Plus you’ll have access to them (and all other resources!) beyond our 8 weeks together.

I’ve tried other diets before, how do I know this will work for me? 

Of course I can’t make promises on how you’ll feel during & after this program. 

BUT here’s what I can tell you.

There are so many different components to nutrition, sleep, hydration, stress management, you name it! Essentials will offer a new and more holistic approach to nutrition & overall wellbeing. In addition to the whole-person approach, we’re bringing bio-individuality to the table. Essentials is not one-size-fits-all, I’m excited to meet with you 1:1 to give you personalized recommendations suited to your symptoms, health history & goals

However, if you feel like you’re ‘doing everything right’ right now, and you’re not seeing improvement, we might need to investigate more deeply than this course will allow. Feel free to reach out to me, if you’re not sure you can benefit from the changes we’ll make in this program.

What if I can’t afford Essentials?

A group program is the most affordable way to work with me on your health. Essentials supports you in making real changes & with personalized coaching from me for a fraction of the cost of my 1:1 programs, which start at ~$2,500.

The processes & strategies we explore in Essentials is not always quick or easy. But it can be so powerful & effective. After years, or even a lifetime of fatigue, anxiety & gut issues, imagine how much you will SAVE: money, stress, time, confidence, and spontaneity, by diving into this now. Can’t I find this information for free somewhere? 

Yep, I guess most of it you probably can! That doesn’t mean you’ll find it, or apply it, or stick with it long enough to see real improvement. The benefit of a group program and working with a practitioner, is that you have personalized guidance & accountability during the tough period of instilling new habits & making changes (sometimes for the first time!).

How much will this program add to or change my daily and weekly schedule?

Our group calls will be about an hour on Wednesday nights at 7pm EST. If you can’t make the live call, you can watch or listen to the recording on your own time! 

In addition to the group calls, we will be working with nutrition & lifestyle changes which might mean changing your schedule, finding time for new habits, and often prioritizing time in the kitchen as you get into a new routine.
